David Phillip FRICs (and the name above the door), has been a shareholder and Director at one of Yorkshire’s leading Estate Agency Groups – successfully selling and ‘accurately’ valuing properties across North and West Yorkshire for over 40 years. David lives locally, is a member of the Federation of Chartered Surveyors, which is key and has vital local experience and knowledge of the area.

Lesa Brown, Managing Director has a background in sales and Marketing. In her career, she has held senior positions in various media organisations, her skills have seamlessly transferred to the property industry. Her passion and expertise include marketing properties in the most creative way possible, consistently looking for marketing innovations and providing an award-winning customer experience for clients’.

Kirsty Alexander, Associate Director has a broad experience ranging from working at Rightmove to holding senior positions at both corporate and Independent Estate Agents across Yorkshire and Lancashire, Kirsty’s property knowledge, personable approach and customer focus ensures that all her clients properties are sold at the highest price, to the best buyer and in the quickest timeframe possible.

Trudy Petrow, Sales Progression Manager was with David Phillip Estate agents when the company opened, she is the person who takes your property sale through to completion. Trudy has a real understanding of the property process and its legalities. Liaising with solicitors, she ‘hand-holds’ and communicates with clients all the way through what can potentially be a daunting experience to one that is seamless and informed.

Vicky McNamara, Sales Associate is the newest member of the team. She has though, many years’ experience in the Property Industry, having worked at a large organisation selling homes across North and West Yorkshire. With an A-Z knowledge of the property industry, Vicky’s expertise is in both Sales Negotiation as well as Sales Progression ensures all clients receive a consistent property experience.
